CEF/PFC Refund Policy
An administrative fee of $100 will be retained if cancellation received by June 1, 2008. Administrative fee of $150 retained if cancellation received by September 1, 2008. No refund for cancellations after September 1, 2008. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the CEF office. Registrations are transferable.Scholarships
Need help with the registration and other costs? You may be able to receive assistance from such sources as:• Ethnic-minority and small church scholarships
• UM Annual Conferences
• Local CEF chapters

• Your church UMW chapter (clergy--remember, you're a member!)
• District office
CEF has limited funds to assist those in ethnic-minority and small membership churches. Some additional information about these and other options is available on our conference website. This is a continuing education opportunity that people can proudly help you attend!
