For reservations, call the Hyatt Regency at 505-842-1234, toll free 1-800-233-1234 or make your reservation online. Be sure to indicate that you are with the Christian Educators Fellowship (CEF) in order to receive the special conference room rates. Reservation requests will be confirmed only if accompanied by one night’s room deposit or guaranteed by a major credit card.
Hotel reservations made after September 29, 2008 will be granted at the conference rate only on a space available basis.

Notes Regarding Hotel Accommodations
The Hyatt Regency at the Albuquerque Convention Center is the official headquarters hotel for CEF, and is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Albuquerque International Airport in the heart of downtown Albuquerque and minutes from shopping, cultural and historic attractions.
A fully-equipped complimentary fitness center is available to all guests and is open 24 hours. The Center includes cardiovascular exercise equipment, strength equipment, free weights, and a sauna. The heated, outdoor lap pool and Jacuzzi are available year-around from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
Currently, wireless service in the hotel is provided by T-Mobile (additional charge). Free wireless is available at a nearby library, at the Convention Center, and at a few local restaurants. We are exploring the possibility of providing free Internet in parts of the hotel.
Parking
Self Parking is $12.00 per day with in/out privileges (subject to change)
Valet Parking is $16.00 per day with in/out privileges (subject to change)
Airline Reservations

Airport Information
Major airlines serving Albuquerque International Sunport (airport) (ABQ) are American Airlines, Continental, Delta Airlines, Express Jet, Frontier, Northwest, Southwest, US Airways and United. Please allow plenty of check-in time; we suggest at least two hours. Make your plans accordingly. There are three main levels to the terminal, a commuter airline gate area and two concourses for commercial airline gates.
The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque is located approximately 8 miles or 10 minutes from the Albuquerque International Sunport depending on traffic.
Shuttle, Taxi and Train Information
Sunport Shuttle – CEF members receive a special price: $11 one way; $20 round trip. Reservations are highly suggested. Check-in counter located inside the airport terminal on the Baggage Claim Level across from Southwest’s Baggage Carousel 3l. Customer Service representatives are available 24 hours a day.

Taxi Information
Taxi service can be picked up on the first level of the airport terminal building in the Baggage Claim area. All rates are based per trip and not per person. Most taxis can accommodate up to 4 passengers. The cost is approximately $18.00 from the Albuquerque International Sunport to the Hyatt Regency downtown.
Car Rental
Car rental customer services counters and ready/return lots are located at the Sunport Car Rental Center, 3400 University Blvd, SE. Car rental shuttles provide transportation between the terminal building and the Car Rental Center. Shuttles run every 5 minutes from the commercial lane located outside the first level of the airport terminal building.
Amtrak (800-872-7245) provides service to the Albuquerque area.
